Looks like a bottle of white wine on the coffee table and in same pic the guys sporting a hand gun 8( something wrong with that pic… if they split the bottle of wine, there may be know problem, but if only one of them drank a half, that is just bad pic selection and judgment…

Keep in mind, wine can vary in alcohol from around 5% to over 15%… About 5 glasses of wine in a 750ml bottle.
I know it is a remote, not a gun in the guy’s hand as you stated, but I think there is a big difference from having a few drinks in the privacy of your home and when you carry out in public.

Mmm, looks like you need to change your screen name to “Gladys Kravitz”. How do you jump to such a conclusion? Perhaps, he is a recovering alcoholic, that has accepted his own addiction and realized that wine is his problem and does not project his restrictions or choices on his wife (if it’s even a legal union)? Or…it may be his sister and is engaged in an intervention. Or…he lives on MN and is allowed a .04 BAC. Or…could be an anti gun activist setting him up, with her womanly Wiles.
Or…he is brokering an ammunition deal and trying to get the supplier to “loosen” the price a bit. Or…they are trying to troll comments like this. Point is, speculation is not allowed in court for a reason.
