I got a smoke and nighttime boat flare to chase him around, have a friend sit down screaming while I put a tourniquet around his neck (loosely so he doesn’t choke or cut off his air supply),fire 2 flares in the air and tell him he’s gonna get ya, and light the smoke flare and chase after him.
