Video at 09:00, Should be at least, a felony charge and immediate arrest, no questions asked. People drink and drive all the time. They are a deadly danger to you and your loved ones. There is no, emphasis, no, excuse to drive after even having one drink. Alcohol is a drug and impairs your ability. I do not care about how body chemistry affects this person or that person. If you drink and drive, you are wrong; dead wrong. Drugs and driving never mix. Call Uber, take a taxi, call a friend, do the right thing.

I do not know who this gentleman is, but I cannot believe that all police officers are this way. I am sure there are officers that think you must kow tow to them, but most I have interacted with have been pleasant, helpful, and friendly.

If I had it my way, there would be no legal limit. No drinking and driving – period. You drink, you drive – off to the slam you go, f*cker. The End. No tolerance. Zero.

IMHO the vast majority of LEO’s n such are worthy of our support…
here where I reside such seems to be the case and is most pleasing!!!
HOWEVER there are some… and that number may be growing as we read these post that are…
different… word is in some locals the PTB’s are even hiring NON-citizens to police us???
to those perhaps this would be a good thing?

so the 2nd is totally Constitutional… AND when I served an order to violate any amendments…
was an ILLEGAL order… AND would make then an Oath Breaker…
AND anyone carrying out such and order would also be an Oath Breaker…
the ones giving such and order to violate the Constitution could very easily stop giving orders…

perhaps all Oath Breakers would become what is called fair game and included in such???
note: they would be targeting us, our FAMILIES, and loved ones… and leave us defenseless…
so…would turn about be a fair play???

It’s not their oath they need be reminded of. It’s the words contained in the documents they swore the oath to they need remember and act upon accordingly.
But most have never even read the documents and don’t care what they say, don’t follow what they say and don’t understand your rights. Cops and miltary do one thing and one thing only: they follow orders. And their order givers do not tell them to follow their orders without question --except for the unConstitutional ones. They simply follow orders without question, never realizing they’re violating your rights. And when you stand on your rights, you’ll get retaliation, ill treatment, mocked, ridiculed, maybe even roughed up and killed.
America is the only country in the world where you can get murdered by a police officer for having expired tags. It’s the only country in the world where you can get beaten to death by cops for walking home after work.
His authority, safety, observations, commands – ALL trump your rights. Why? 'Cos he said so, that’s why.
You can’t fix those who don’t want to be fixed. You can’t help those who don’t want your help. Those who want to be free will find a way. Those who don’t will find a way to be coddled and taken care of.

The chief in the video is an idiot but please don’t judge “all” police officers on the actions of very few. Like everyone else they are humans and often faced with situations with little or no time to react. We have a very flawed judicial system that is soft on crime, we also ave bad doctors, bad teachers, and the list goes on. For the haters of the police out there I wish the police would stand down nation wide for a day or two and let everyone deal with the fallout then see how quickly they beg for the return of law enforcement. For those that don’t like to interact with the police don’t break the law. Your comment about getting murdered over expired tags is pure bullshit and if you really have the mentality that you display in your comments then I truly feel sorry for you.

There are several hundred thousand police and citizen interactions every day across the country, sorry to burst your bubble but it is not an epidemic as you make it sound, more people suffer at at hand of a bad doctor than the police. BTW, nobody dislikes a bad cop more than a good cop. I saw a few during my 30 year career and they became unemployed, some jailed. Your argument that “all” cops are bad is still bullshit but thanks for playing. You must be suspicious of black helicopters and contrails in the sky as well. You must be a miserable soul.
