It seems like anti-material rifles are making a come back, since the early days of WW2. I mean, Barrett .50 have been in service for good 20 years, but I only heard of them as sniper rifles, and then they seemed to fall out of favor, .416 was better, then MRAD won some trials with .338 Norma Mag.
The former Warsaw Pact armorers think otherwise, it seems.
