Pure BS. Missouri doesn’t have these repressive laws (yet) thank goodness. Does anyone also see first amendment violations here?
This right here ^^^^^^^^^^ is why I want no part of red flag laws. I have a tendency to speak my mind and make myself heard (some might call this loud and obnoxious) but that does not mean I am making a threat.

What all y’all said! Unfortunately, there is rumor that our legislature will be taking up a red flag law modeled after the Indiana version of the law when the new legislative session convenes with our new Dem. Governor. I will be contacting my legislators as the new session convenes.
