I just got one a few weeks ago Sig 365 XL and Carry appendix with a round in the chamber carefully with the safety on as well! In a beautiful well made Tier 1 concealment holster Elite 
but I’m thinking about a Wilson combat grip module so what are your thoughts on this topic

I’ll probably do the same since I have large hands not medium, so I wonder if that will improve the grip overall. The stock one is good. I wonder if this upgrade is worth it

It will improve your grasp on the gun but also control recoil better than before and that is all good.
