Ironically, if papa is really a libertarian he would follow the constitution and the laws that go with it.

Papa has his own vested interest and interprets the constitution and bill of rights to his own beliefs. Doesn’t sound like a libertarian to me

Anyone who once possessed a Resident Alien card knew it didn’t grant them the same rights as a citizen.

Constitution uses the word Citizen when it talks about voting. So again it uses the word people for first and 2nd amendment and we clearly agree that non-citizens enjoy the benefits of the 1st Amendment.
Limitations Compared to Citizens
While green card holders enjoy these rights, there are some limitations:
- Legal Context: Their rights may not be as robust as those of U.S. citizens, especially in cases involving national security or immigration issues.
