Papa has his own vested interest and interprets the constitution and bill of rights to his own beliefs. Doesn’t sound like a libertarian to me

Anyone who once possessed a Resident Alien card knew it didn’t grant them the same rights as a citizen.

Constitution uses the word Citizen when it talks about voting. So again it uses the word people for first and 2nd amendment and we clearly agree that non-citizens enjoy the benefits of the 1st Amendment.

Limitations Compared to Citizens

While green card holders enjoy these rights, there are some limitations:

  • Legal Context: Their rights may not be as robust as those of U.S. citizens, especially in cases involving national security or immigration issues.
