The article seems to say they are blaming the shortage on Covid supply chain issues but I wonder if it has more to do with either our military and/or the uniform manufacturers sending a bunch of uniforms to Ukraine? If we keep shipping all our equipment and supplies over there our military just might get stuck fighting their next battle wearing PJs and armed with pillows:/

No, Leopard print is not Desert camo, but I will overlook that in this situation - what did I miss? 
I don’t like navel piercings. I did not overlook that.
