I have been issues with the 25 round magazines for my Ruger 10/22. Sometimes up to 5 misfeeds per mag. I have tried various suggested solutions but none seem to work. Yesterday I cleaned the mags (again) but this time I used Hoppes cleaner and lube. So far works perfectly so apparently they need a light lubrication to work.

(Just fixed ANOTHER post. There’s something about this site that gives my keyboard fits. I have to go back to nearly every post and add missing letters. Anyone else have this?)

I have ran into this problem with multiple mags that I use. If I do not clean the mags when I clean the gun, I run into problems of the rounds sticking and not feeding. A little cleaning rag and lube fixes it right up.

A baby bottle brush is excellent for cleaning mags.
