I like your summary :+1:

The only thing I would add is to test each magazine you plan to use for self defense at the range with the exact ammo you plan to use to be sure there are no feeding/cycling issues. Most, but not all, pistol cycling issues are caused by magazines.

I don’t think it’s all that bad.

Imagine the predictions of future bans when the entire country was limited to 10 round magazines all the way back in 1994. Yet, here I am buying 60 round mags today, 29 years later. :slight_smile:

I live in Denver. I just bought a new hellcat pro with the bundle box that comes with 5 mags. I was expecting 2 with 17 round like the video shows. I got home and was not happy with 5 mags all 15 rounds. So I got to looking for more 17 mags , then learned about law. I was about to complain call gun shop. U got lucky keep them home.

Yeah, our magazine restrictions suck and as with all gun control laws are completely unconstitutional.

But like Beancounter said, be happy it’s not California and only 10 rounds! (Yet)

Welcome to the community!!! Don’t sweat it with those 15 round mags, it’s still great and be happy you’re not limited to 10 round mag limits like in other UNCONSTITUTIONAL states!

Bean Counter Sir Texas is The Gratest state I have ever had the privilege to Live in . Their is NO MAGAZINE CAPACITY LIMIT.!! We can have all the ammunition in our EDCS AND LONG GUNS. !!
