The whitish appearance is probably due to my poor photographic skills. It is actually light silver. Fortunately for everyone I shoot my firearms better than I shoot photos with my phone.

Filled out my 4473, and didn’t get a call saying it was denied,… so it’s just waiting at the gun store for pickup after the stupid waiting period.

Really I just want to be able to crack an engine block at half a mile.
When I used my range neighbors 6.5creedmore to hit my ballistic dummy head at 600 yards that’s what it felt like for sure!!! Almost 2 seconds of transit time before the dummy head exploded.

It is lovingly referred to as Beaver Barf, and is common in some former Soviet Block country’s firearms. It’s basically wood chips and resin. I’ve got a couple of rifles that sport Beaver Barf.

Same here! I have a 3-9x44 on my 10/22, my buddies laughed at first until I started plinking eggs and stale beer cans at 150 yards.

Hmmm, how is it the same one sir when yours has a 24" octagonal barrel and his does not? It’s not the same by your own definition. I don’t think those words mean what you think they mean.
