Please show me the ruling I would love to see it, because the one I think you are talking about was not about the Federal Government entering your home without a warrant but on local Governments handling immigration which is not granted to them from the Constitution.

Agreed, I want my Federal Government to follow the law which includes the limitation the Constitution puts upon them. It’s for my safety and the safety of Federal Employees, I don’t want to shoot a poorly trained ICE Agent because they mistakenly kicked down my door and that ICE agent doesn’t want to be shot for his poor training. A Judicial Warrant can keep everyone safe.

Was he really living with Sex Offenders? Are you absolutely sure about that? What are the Sex Offenders names? There are two of them it should have been included in every news article, I mean they were not found in the house so they are still out there on the streets, right? How can we find these people other than “we have to trust the Government”. This is the same Government that said Renee Good was a terrorist. But good to know that for you the Constitution ends at the Government telling you there is a sex offender. Like it ended for Renee Good because she was a “Terrorist”.

The DA in Albuquerque, NM Just earlier was commenting in the news that ICE is breaking laws by busting down doors and entering into the homes without warrants. Here in NM, they did away with no knock warrants that was being used, and there had been cases where criminals were impersonating cops just to commit home invasions. DA said if these types of actions were conducted in his district, he would have ICE agents arrested and prosecuted.

I LOVE THIS GUY. Great Lawyer, Fantastic DA, TOUGH, The Wyatt Earp of this era, and NOW one of several running for (D) NM Governor, BUT I HURT, because he backed the GOSAFE act (weapons ban) and is still for it with the current ongoing Legislation with her last term current Governor bringing into Legislation Public Safety, and Assault Weapons Ban and Gun Dealer Accountability act. She said these words, “No body needs a body shredding weapon for hunting and self-defense”. WOW!!! VERY STRONG WORDS!!! If this Bill passes, NM IS DONE!!! This will be the last nail into the 2A coffin for NM as she exits out her ending term victoriously!!!

“The right way” never took into consideration MILLIONS of ILLEGALS invading the country. Should judges drop all of their other duties to sign warrants for the next several years, or should we hire thousands more judges just to sign warrants? I don’t think you can comprehend how long a million warrants would take to write, let alone 10 million. There is simply not enough time in a day for all the judges in the country to write this many warrants in any reasonable time frame.
