It would appear to me that she is inciting violence, and strongly suggesting shooting/murdering law enforcement officers. She needs to be put down… I thought she was going to shoot me… I mean, arrested - ASAP.

Here is the issue, there have been multiple instances where criminals have have been impersonating ICE agents where they have broken into homes and have robbed people at gun point. How do you know the person who is kicking in your door is ICE or a Criminal when ICE is performing warrantless searches. How is a woman to know if the man ripping her from a car is ICE or someone trying to rape her?

A Judicial warrant would do that, it would have the address of the residence they are looking to search along with specifically what they are looking for and would be signed by a judge. Which would also not violate peoples 4th Amendment right. If a guy in a mask shows up at my door and tells me to open up or he is kicking it down, I have a feeling it will end poorly for him. On the other hand if he shows up, tells me he has a Judicial Warrant, shows me the Warrant then I will gladly open my door.

More than likely, they will not show up with just one agent, rather they will flood the zone in full gear and weapons in view.

I am seeing law abiding citizens in Minnesota having their doors kicked in with warrantless searches, so your argument does not hold water. Furthermore they don’t even know who they are targeting because they are not getting judicial warrants which would require them to put the persons name down they are looking for along with the address they are suspected of being at. They are breaking the law by entering homes without a warrant, which makes them a criminal at that point and I along with everybody else have the right to defend myself in my home from a criminal.
Gotta be American citizens.
If it was really happening on a grand scale as you suggest we’d be hearing a lot more about it.

First, I.C.E. has BROAD AUTHORITY to detain individuals. They have gotten the wrong person before. They were detained, then released also. When you are talking about hundreds of thousands of invaders, mistakes will inevitably be made. HE HAS BEEN RELEASED, not incarcerated. Especially difficult if A.) The foreign born citizen does not speak English, B.) does not speak it well or C.) Refuses to cooperate.
How are they supposed to know if they have the right person, just by the color of their skin? I don’t think so.
I’d love to see YOU try to do ICE’s job in a city that doesn’t cooperate. WHY won’t the state or city work with ICE, have you ever wondered that? Most of the trouble would go away if the city/ state would release violent illegals directly from jail into ice custody, have you ever wondered why THAT doesn’t happen?

A recent example…of a citizen who refused to show identification or cooperate with law enforcement who was searching for two illegal alien convicted sex offenders.
Yes, he was detained, as he should have been.

ICE cannot violate the 4th Amendment no matter what this administration claims, so my question is why not just do it the right way which is to get a Judicial Warrant so they are not violating the 4th Amendment? People would cooperate if ICE was operating within the Constitution.
And all you just show your papers crowd, look at Democrats in Washington. They are not putting up a fight over this nonsense because just like after 9/11 once they are in power they will use all these same tactics setup by this Administration to deny you and all the rest of us our rights. Nobody is going to be clapping and cheering when the Government is kicking down your door looking for “illegal” firearms.
And an Administrative Warrant is not a Judicial Warrant and does not give one the ability to enter a home. Judicial Warrants include an address for where someone can search, along with what they are looking for. Administrative Warrant is for a specific person not even signed by a judge, it’s lower than a Bench Warrant.

His rights were violated because the Federal Government entered his home illegally. If they were looking for pedophiles that is great, get a Judge to sign off that. I think more people will die or be raped or be hurt. I think it is more important to get people out of the country than try to follow the law. The law is to uphold the peace not the chaos. It gets so bad that we have to break the law to keep things humane.
Wait so you think it’s more Important for the Federal Government to have the ability to violate my rights as a citizen, because you are worried about people dying, being raped or hurt? Really? Do you really believe that the Federal Government should be able to do that? If the Federal Government put every US citizen in a cell by themselves there would never be another rape, murder, assault, theft or anything else in this country, you down for that?

Obama won a lawsuit against the state of Arizona in 2012 which allowed federal agents to enter a residence without a judicial warrant.
So it’s been a thing for a long time.
