Those living in Gaza are not even really living, they are animals in a kennel, those living in the West Bank are threats to settlers and it’s nice land that the Israelis want. There will never be peace, only one side can win, it’s time for Israel while Trump is in office to do the needful. The UN and Human Rights groups can cry and denounce, but nobody is going to go to war with the US and Israel to save some animals.

This is not a holy war, faith and religion have nothing to do with this, if every Palestinian converted to Judaism, or every Israeli converted to Islam it would not change a thing. This is a war over territory and expansion. In 1948 the US made the decision to back Israel and they need to follow it through, the goal has always been for Israel to exist from the River to the Sea. And with the leadership in Israel and the United States that goal will take place in the next year. The ceasefire is over, the Israelis will finish the job and the UN and Europe will clutch their pearls but none of them are going to open their doors for Palestinians, they will just get some solidarity messages. The Israelis played it perfectly by the way, let the Palestinians think they were going to get some peace then Kill 400 of them in a single action.

The lesson the west is needing to relearn over and over and over again that we are never going to control these tribes and religious groups in the Middle East. No matter what we do and how many lives are lost. Our best bet is to let them just fight it out amongst themselves.

I used to be a two state solution kind of person, I have Palestinian friends in the US, both Christian and Muslims. The issue is the fighting there is never going to stop, the only way is one side has to win and the Palestinians have zero way of ever winning, the land will never be returned to them, they will never progress out of refugee camps because they are stateless. I am not saying the Palestinians didn’t get a raw deal, they got screwed the end. But there is no fixing it and until the Israelis wipe them out, there will be no peace. My Palestinian Christian friends believe that when Jesus comes then all the problems will be solved, unfortunately Jesus is not coming today, tomorrow, next year, next decade or century. People who have been waiting for him are still waiting and that is not a viable solution.

Also I am quite happy as an atheist, I grew up studying Torah, today I still study it along with the New Testament, and lots of other religions. My ex-wife is Shinto, my children are Christians, my girlfriend is Pagan. If I was required to choose a religion I would be a Norse Pagan, why have just one imaginary friend when you can have an entire pantheon of them. And if I received special privilege’s for being religious then hell yeah I would be picking the one that gave me the most privileges, probably tell the Government I worship Mammon and that I would not be paying my taxes anymore because Mammon said I don’t have to.
