I recently bought the S&W Equalizer. Great gun, easy to shoot, accurate, easy to rack with a smooth slide, just a 10/10 for me. However I wanted to find a threaded barrel for it and put a compensator on the gun. I’ve looked everywhere and can’t really find any info on whether it’s interchangeable with certain other S&W models (I saw something about the EZ Plus barrel being interchangeable but they didn’t sound too confident lol). Does anybody know if it’s possible to find a threaded barrel to change out on the Equalizer so I can customize it? Any info would be greatly appreciated!

This has been discussed on few forums and I never found the reliable answer.
Yes, they say EZ9 Performance Center fits… but nobody actually shot this combo 
I’d suggest calling parts manufacturers and ask this question.

What can we do? Just try answering the question, not posting things from Internet search, which actually don’t bring anything to the discussion.
Opening links to forums that don’t have any answers or to parts that don’t fit the gun is frustrating and really not needed.
