This doesn’t look good for gun owners in my opinion, or even for those simply being members of groups like NRA, GOA. Thoughts?

Shocked, absolutely shocked that Pam “Take My Guns” Bondi is doing this. This administration is really good with telling people what they want to hear while doing the complete opposite in the background. Hopefully the sheep who blindly believe will wake up, but I have a feeling when they finally do it will be to late.

Rogue DOJ lawyers are fighting GOA in court

Rogue lawyers within the Justice Department are rebelling against the Trump Administration and are now FIGHTING Gun Owners of America in our legal battles.
The ATF has ceased enforcing its Biden-era “zero-tolerance” policy which let them SHUT DOWN gun stores if they made even the simplest of mistakes, such as a record-keeping error or a procedural issue.
But at the end of the day, a repeal is not enough. If unelected bureaucrats can scribble the unconstitutional rule into effect at whim, a future anti-gun administration can bring it back at ANY MOMENT.
That’s why we need a court ruling to kill it for good.
And sure enough – we were right not to blindly trust the government. DOJ lawyers are STILL fighting GOA’s efforts to kill Zero Tolerance in court, once and for all.
Just look at this email GOA received from a DOJ lawyer – working on YOUR taxpayer dime – who refuses to “abandon [Biden’s] previous arguments.”
While we continue our legal battle, we’re also now taking this fight straight to President Trump’s desk.
The President has been firing rogue bureaucrats who are rebelling against the agenda you voted for, but now he needs to clean house in the DOJ.
But to get it done, we’ll need GOA members like YOU to send letters to rein in the rogue DOJ lawyers.
GOA is representing gun dealers in court who have been wrongly threatened by the ATF through its unlawful “zero-tolerance” policy.
Hundreds upon hundreds of gun stores have been shut down while this Biden rule was in effect.
And GOA proudly has a perfect 1.000 batting average in defending them!
But we will not stop fighting until the zero-tolerance policy has been completely ripped to shreds – and not because a bureaucrat tells us that it’s been “repealed” on a whim, but because a court order MANDATES it.
So, as GOA continues our legal battle to ensure this rule has been eviscerated, we’re asking you to help bring this matter to the President’s desk immediately.

These are not rogue lawyers, they are the lawyers willing to do what Pam “Take My Guns” Bondi and Trump tells them to do. If you believe these are lawyers working against this administration you clearly are not paying attention.

Calm down, all she did was direct the DOJ to continue with defending the rule in court, likely because the rule will be struck down in it’s entirety in the higher courts instead of only partially stricken in the lower.
Besides, does anyome really think the instant background check data is discarded after the check has been complete? Why is the make, model and serial # of the firearm submitted with your demographic data to NICS?

Most sheep out there don’t like guns and are all for gun control. Sheep vote for anti-2A politicians, back anti-gun groups like EveryTown, Mothers Demand Action, Students Demand Action, and other anti-gun activists groups. They ARE VERY MUCH AWAKE!!! Pro-gun organizations, representing 2A citizens who petition for them to stand up for our rights, are hard at work fighting for our 2A rights. WE ALL ARE VERY MUCH AWAKE AS WELL!!! Contact your legislators/law-makers to tell them to protect our rights. “

Is this DOJ the most Second Amendment-friendly in modern history? Yes. Is there room for improvement? Also yes. Remember, we’re only 9 months into this administration. The wheels of justice in D.C. typically turn VERY slowly.
