Had to go look this up because when something sounds that extreme it has to be nonsense and it is. Yes there is an Islamic group who started a planned community in Little Rock, it’s called New Africa and it sits on 6 acres of land and is run by a homeowners association. You don’t have to be Muslim to live there and you don’t have to abide by Sharia Law, just follow the rules of the Homeowners Association. This is no different than Kiryas Joel or New Square communities in New York.

The Home Owners association Bill of Assurance for New Africa, that is where I got my information, it’s detailed on what the requirements are for people who buy homes there. Plus there are like 5 families living there 3 are Christian and women run households.
