How many . EDC. Carryers. Stay away from. Night clubs?

I don’t carry if I go out for a cocktail. That’s a bad mix. What do you think about this?

I hated nightclubs even when I was the age that was appropriate to go to them!

If I’m strapped, I don’t drink.

Don’t go to night clubs since I’ve been carrying. I always carry where I legally can.

I don’t go out of my way to stay away from them, I also do not go out of my way to go TO them. Wife and I got all the clubbing/dancing and partying action we needed in our younger years. Nowadays a quiet drink every once in a while while enjoying a cigar at one of the piano bars in the hotels on the strip or a cigar and a drink in one of the cigar bars is enough to keep me happy for a while. I actually prefer a cigar with my daughter and son-in-law (both cigar smokers) by the pool with a glass of a good single malt, bourbon or whiskey.

In Nevada you can drink and carry, BUT you can NOT be under the influence and carry. If you are .08 or about it COULD be trouble.

In Utah you can carry into a bar but I’d be a little nervous to actually use my EDC after drinking more than about one shot.

As long as what you do is legal and you are not over the State specified legal “impaired” limit, as I always say, any decent lawyer will put to bed ANY issues that would be brought up by an overzealous investigator in 30 seconds flat.

Now, I will say that unless we are in a place specifically and largely for the cigars and I’m DAMN sure I will not be behind the wheel or won’t be for a while, I will stick to coffee, a refreshing glass of Iced Tea or a Diet Coke if I’m feeling particularly festive.

And, when I was a resident of states like NC where you can go to a bar BUT the limit is 0.0% if you re CCing and the investigators, many LEOs in large cities and their prosecutors are azzhats, ANY booze was out of the question.

Enzo-T correct. There are plenty of places where you can drink and . Eat and . Enjoy your self . In fact law enforcement has . Places where they go . And most don’t even know most there are law enforcement. And if you act according you can have a good time. In some states . Moving to a red state . Should be done .
