YES! I was just thinking about this point yesterday - the Founders were not living under rocks, they knew changes would come, but they were writing to stand the test of time. They did not say that the People had a right to keep a pitchfork for defense!

Thatā€™s why they left a provision for altering our Constitution. Even candidate Joe Biden acknowledged that the only real way to ban guns was to amend the U.S. Constitution. Oddly enough, theyā€™re not taking that legal approach. :thinking:

That still would not accomplish that as Jefferson noted our RKBA is inalienable, a Natural right that pre-exists government and the law of man, that even without our Constitution guaranteeing that right, it would still exist.

ā€œInalienableā€ is key to understanding what they meant. D SDs once so many people are moving away from believing in God our freedoms are under attack more and more.

The schools seem to have stopped teaching this in the schools. I remember reciting the Preamble and memorizing it. Even more interesting is that the Declaration of Independence is not being studied as well. Bill of Rights. Hell, they donā€™t even teach how the the British tried to disarm Americans. There needs to be a major push in distributing materials to children as well as adults that seem to have missed out on all of this history that defined this great nation.

Oh! My bad. They need to teach cursive too. Itā€™s not hard at all.I used to research property ownership history. It cursive once you get back to a certain point.

The leftist donā€™t care about any statistics or reasonable measures. Our gun rights are finished! Our economy is finished! Our culture is finished!

The Romans diluted their culture and that was the end of it. We are right there now. The leftist have indoctrinated our youth for at least 50 years - now is is too late.
