Hornady Mandates "Vaccine" for Employees

Your casual friend got busted making a crappy decision. He tested the waters and failed.

Let’s take out the weasel words like “career devastating decisions” and simplify the message…

To wit:
“Get the vax or get fired.”

Then:
“Let me clarify, I didn’t mean get the vax or get fired.”

Exactly @Alces_Americanus. He tested the waters, found out otherwise, weighed his options and acquiesced.

FFS what is so wrong with admitting that he made a mistake? SMH

Stay safe and buy Dillon Precision. :slightly_smiling_face:

Liberal company. The company “embraced” the inclusive attitude.
That said, they are a company interested in making a profit, with minimal expense. Same company, has begun pulling out of areas where the business is robbed/looted and no legal action is taken against the criminals.

Does SMH maybe stand for “So Much Hubris?”

The thing is, there’s not even a real mandate yet. Biden keeps talking about it, but it’s still not official. Everyone is treating it as if it was, though.

I have been vaccinated, but I hate the tyranny of all these evil mandates.

I am not sure corporate leaders fully realize what that hypothetical OSHA regulation will be. It is not going to be “workforce gets vaccinated”, it is “workforce maintains vaccinated status”. Continuous boosters, or fired. How can anyone say this is good for employee morale, for products, and for the bottom line.

So, let me ask this, if the Government mandates you turn over your weapons, are you going to turn over your weapons and the see what the Courts decide?

Many problems with this, first off the President does not have the power to force the mandate, its not provide to him in the Constitution.

Otherwise why should Americans be forced to take a vaccine that has neither been tested as other vaccines have been over several years, so we do NOT know its side effects, and it has already proven to not be effective as is shown by the increase in boosters needed with it.

Further why should American citizens be forced to take a vaccine that illegals being allowed to come into the Country are not forced too?

I could go on and on, but I think I made my point?

Well, let’s see. The Second Amendment is still in force, so…no.

The matter with vaccines is not as transparent within the Constitution, which is why a.) the administration thinks it can get away with it, b.) federal contractors and vendors each have to make a decision whether to discontinue doing business with the federal government or ask their employees to get vaccinated, and c.) any legal challenge has to make its way through the court system before the government gets its hand slapped. It’s the delay between the decision at b.) and the rendering at c.) that is worrying a lot of federal contractors.

Folks, the point I was trying to make is that Hornady finds itself in a very difficult position, given its status as a federal contractor. Hornady made a decision that didn’t sit well with a lot of you. That’s understandable. However, that I am unwilling to personally punish Hornady for their decision is something that many of you don’t think I have a right to do.

Why is that?

Actually I’m fine with you not punishing Hornaday, but its a slippery slope, I would rather reward the S & W’s of the world who don’t put up with the WOKE who are trying their best to take our freedoms and punish us when we don’t follow their illegal mandates!

Then why are you busting my chops over it?

That is what the plain English meaning of what the original memo actually says, despite the spins and interpretations it has received here and elsewhere. It will be interesting to compare both versions once they come into public view.

Let me scramble up on my soapbox and wax eloquent on this topic.

IMO Hornady misjudged the rising tide in this Country of folks who are fed-up over the policies that have wrecked the physical and mental health of the citizenry. Not to mention taking a booming economy into the toilet. 14 days to flatten the curve has brought us to the brink of stagflation not seen since the peanut farmer lead us into it in the late 70’s.

I’ll shut up now! :zipper_mouth_face: :zipper_mouth_face:

Forked tongue imo. “Career devastating decision” becomes “career not in jeopardy”. Follow up letter in second link. Pretty difficult to misinterpret imo.

There is a lot of “waters-testing” going on of late. I am glad that the Hornady companies absorbed the blunt lesson imparted by the marketplace as quickly as it did.

Another example of such Concessions To Reality occurred over the past few days–The City of Philadelphia was ALL ABOUT enforcing the Jab Mandates, to include emergency/first responder personnel. THEN–Gov. DeSantis of Florida announced in response to this and other mandate idiocies that his State would welcome all qualified LE officers from other states wishing to re-locate, and added a $5,000 signing bonus to sweeten the deal. All of a sudden, Philly decided that vaccine mandates weren’t quite as important as they first thought. It’s difficult enough to attract and retain good LE personnel as it is, so Philly learned real fast Just What Time It Was–time to knock this nonsense off.

They did it during the Spanish flu did they not ? They did it to us with measles rubella, and damn near eradicated polio there’s a small cluster in pakistan where osama was hiding but yeah what’s the problem your right to infect does not trump my right to live! I don’t understand the virus only gets stronger the more we avoid getting vaccinated. So what’s really puzzling is you would rather die than get the shot and make sure there are fewer of us to fight when the real problem comes. The real problem of authoritarianism comes quietly they are sweet they say what you want to hear and convince you they are on your side. Then that’s when they spring their trap by lulling you you into the false security of thinking you got a choice don’t make their jobs easy let them truly moron labe but we are playing into their hands

This is only the case, according to the lame stream media.
Rubella, and measles vaccination actually work. The Kung-Flu shot doesn’t prevent any of the associated issues from the illness. The only thing it is effective at, is lining the pockets of Big Pharma, and politicians.

@Owen2, does the vaccine prevent transmission of the virus?
