The National Archives is in DC, which is almost entirely populated by bureaucrats and lobbyists. That’s why the U.S. Constitution needs a warning label on it, because they might be shocked if they ever bother to read it.

I did post on this quite a while back, but I cannot find the post. Also, I just looked at the US Constitution, Bill of Rights and Declaration of Independence, and there is no warning label on them currently as there was about a year or so ago when the issue first arose.
