Maybe I missed something on why US v Perez is referenced here. The original case referenced is a post-Bruen decision, US v. Carbajal-Flores, in which the judge ruled that the 2nd Amendment should be extended to illegal immigrants and overturned his conviction on that one charge.

WE are the OLD GUARD, most of us here are between 60 and 80, there is NO NEW GUARD. We were it in our prime.
When we were 20 and 30 we kept this country free and safe!

I’m all of a lowly 46, and I never served, but I was just born in the wrong time to do so!
There are some in the younger generations who still believe in that OLD GUARD mindset!
There’s plenty who believe this whole DEI thing is bullshit! (My opinion it’s an anagram,… DIE is the truth)

Even in the present case, Carbajal-Flores contends that he received and used the handgun solely for self-protection and protection of property during a time of documented civil unrest in the Spring of 2020
The left got away with a lot in 2020 that I partly sympathize with Carbajal-Flores.
If he were my illegal immigrant friend, I would have advised him to protect himself at all costs.
Having said that, I still believe in the rule of law.
I honestly fill Form 4473 when buying a firearm.
And as a CCW permit holder, I hold myself to a higher standard.
The judge’s decision sets a dangerous precedent.

Keep this in mind next time a headline or story comes out that takes you off center and causes you to react from a place of emotion.
That is exactly what the enemy wants.
They want us reacting out of emotion so we will make mistakes and lose the ability to think clearly.
They want us operating from a place of low vibration and anger.
Deny them that.

The Constitution defines what government can and, more importantly cannot do to infringe on individual rights. The Constitution does not define rights or apply to countries.

It’s a well laid plan. If the wrong people get guns and crime goes up, they’ll be saying “see, all these guns were legally possessed and look at how it’s turning out. We need more gun control.” We all see what’s going on here, we need to stop it! November is coming.
