Sadly I was never allowed to go shooting with my grandfather but by hook and crook and dare I say some skullduggery I have all of his guns now. That Winchester long action (Pre 64) 243 and the double barrel L.C. Smith talk with me every time I handle them and bring back memories of fishing with him and what might have been shooting.

That’s a beautiful rifle! I love older guns, specially ones that come with family history.

Yeah I shot my first rabbit with it when I was 10 years old. I am now 55.
