Because this is sort of a quote and because it’s not about firearms but rather politics today, I feel it necessary to include here. Some may not appreciate it, but this is truly how I now feel with the current climate in this country being the way it is, and I’m not referring to the weather and I will not argue the point any further with anyone. This is MY statement and I stand by it.

So anyone who feels the necessity to ‘correct’ me, obviously has that right, but I stand so firmly on this that I will not respond to negative comments. I just won’t and I don’t care who gets the last word on me. I just don’t care.

It used to be that hope lived in the coming together between Conservatives and liberals, but that is just no longer the case. They have made it that way. They have picked their battle by starting this and that’s just what it now is. A war.

Liberals have no true, real, established for the betterment of mankind unifying principles, believe only in destroying things and are nothing more than useful village idiots.

Clarity on this is absolutely imperative. With that stated I need to make this crystal clear.

REMEMBER THIS RULE AND REMEMBER IT WELL.

While Conservatives typically see liberals as people with bad ideas, the same can not be stated in reverse because liberals have never seen Conservatives in that same light.

Not sure what you point is but that has always been true. The Democrats have a much longer history of being on the wrong side of morality and ethics, especially recently. Canceling people is really a new “norm”. It’s evil what their doing. I call out conservatives that push false information as well. Obama is an American born citizen by U.S. law. Cruz is too. Both may have been born in a different country but that doesn’t mean they were not born Americans. The other really vulgar thing I constantly hear is that Michelle Obama is actually a man. Of course leftist keep bashing conservatives unfairly as well. Fight against ALL false accusations if you claim to be Christian or Jewish. Not certain about other faiths.

I personally know many “liberals” and none of them resemble this remark in any way.

Throughout history there are many examples of dictators and kleptocrats stealing power from the people. Their most effective tool for this is to divide and concur by making people take sides against the evil “others”. History is clearly in the process of repeating itself.

You’re making the statement that it’s not sides, but truth that matters and I wholeheartedly agree, but my point is as you stated that you weren’t sure what I was underscoring is that aside what you and I both agree on with the truth, the fact of the matter is that the left have literally lost their collective minds and have turned everything into politics to the point that families are splitting, friends are moving apart, people’s lives and livelihoods are being destroyed both physically and mentally and it’s BECAUSE of the complete and utter BS that the left, yes, I fully blame the left, started. Yes. THEY started all this. My point is that it’s no longer good enough to rise above, to try and reason or to have reasonable conversation. There is NONE of that anymore because liberals have NO principles TO REASON WITH. All they want to do now is to destroy everything they touch. They don’t care about what Conservatives think and what is right or wrong. They are beyond reason at this point and therefore it is important to remember HOW and WHAT they think of YOU, the Conservative, in order to bring all into a real perspective. Once people begin realizing WHO liberals now are, it will come to them that the only way to beat them is, and I hate using oft used idioms, but it’s true, to fight fire with fire. Even Jesus turned tables in anger in His House and at another point told those that have no sword to sell their cloak and buy one. Enough is enough already.

Keep turning your cheek. I see where that has gotten this country these past several decades, so keep turning the other cheek and don’t worry about the future your children, grand children and great grandchildren will inherit. Just keep turning the other cheek.

I’m wondering how many true political conversations you’ve had with your liberal friends. If I had to venture a guess, I’d say it was a flat zero.

I understand your statement Todd and do not disagree, however, and this is in no way a reflection about or to you sir, but I made my initial statement because I am no longer going to be fearing political correctness and the anger from the left. No more.

Too many fear the left for fear of saying ANYTHING which will provoke the left and it is for that reason this country is now where it’s at. People have lost the will to TRULY reflect their beliefs and now will only say those things they believe will not ‘hurt’ or ‘offend’ others.

They will profess this is not the case, but I know now they are only lying to themselves and I will not be dragged into that nomad, wandering forest with them. I will not.

I’m done with that and I’m proud to proclaim it. No more. No more. I’m done with liberalism and will speak my mind just as much as the liberal mobs toppled statues and called for more violence this past summer with the media pulling cover for them. No more and I don’t care who doesn’t like it.

I am incredibly worried about the future of my child. And I am not turning the other cheek against the true forces of evil at work here. I can forgive ignorance and even greed but not when it is directly threatening my family.

You say that “liberals” want only to destroy and that they don’t want to listen to anything you have to say. I know “liberals” who say the same about “conservatives”. All the conservatives and liberals I know care mostly about the same things. Having fulfilling jobs that provide safe places for their families to live and grow are what most people want regardless of which of the kleptocratic parties they vote for.

Calling millions of people idiots is not going to solve any problems. And declaring war on them will only play right into the hands of the people behind the scenes who are really pulling these strings.

I’m not going to disagree with any points made in the post or comments that have followed.

However, painting with a broad brush only makes a bigger mess. For example when anyone who voted for Trump is called racist, bigot, terrorist, etc, etc… We as gun owners know how being painted with a broad brush DOES NOT convey a group of individuals

The people on the fringes are dragging the people in the middle into a fight they want nothing to do with.

Personally it’s not just the left, liberals or Democrats. We can say specifically it is the media, the violent groups who hijack protests to destroy property and terrorize the public, follow the money those are the heads of the snakes that need to be drug into the light.

I have left leaning democrat friends and family and the with exception of 1 or 2 we can peacefully agree to disagree.

Now there can absolutely be the discussion as to why Democrat leadership panders to its fringes or why Republican leadership is so afraid of being canceled by such a small portion of this country and an even smaller portion of the voter base.

This man points out the road between all of the dialogue here.

The issue is the government, and the media. Go talk to a neighbor, we’re not too far apart. Don’t bother going to Portland or Seattle, but in our own communities, rational people are still on both sides. It’s the elites who control what we see, that are stoking a race, culture, money war.

FACTS

Nobody can objectively say that cancel culture and socialism are a good thing. Of course censorship is happening and our rights are being taken away.

But seriously, who or what is going to stop Biden and the left? With barbed wire and 7,000 troops in front of the capitol, I don’t see anything getting better soon.

I’m just saying don’t give up on your family, on your neighbors, cause in the end, we are all the same at the bottom.

I see on line dictionaries caving to left pressures to change wording to fit a socialist agenda.

I see people loosing their jobs and livelihoods to banks refusing them service.

I see leftists pushing and placing pressures everywhere to get people crucified for speaking their minds. I do NOT see the Right doing that to democrats. I do not.

I see the left purposely twisting words, stories, lying, twisting facts to suit only an agenda.

I see the left weaponizing the language.

I see the left trying their hardest to remove God-Given, Constitutionally backed Rights on people who do and SHOULD take that PERSONALLY.

Speaking of God, I see the left ridiculing Christians and mocking them. I do NOT see that coming from the Right. EVER dammit. EVER.

I see the left doing everything they can to censor and stifle free speech, which is also personal.

I see lots more and could go on but I’ve made my point and I’m just WAITING for SOMEONE to tell me that they see all those same things on the Right. I’m just waiting.

THAT’S what I see.

Instead of mushing and mincing words that it’s this or that dynamic that’s really at work or that it’s not all one side or whatever wording people use today to keep the piece and to sound like peacemakers, I’m done with all that. Done, because NONE of it is true. It’s all what those who spout that want to so desperately believe.

Just look around at the people and condition of this country and tell me that it’s not the left that have done this. Just tell me WHAT good the left has done. Tell me WHAT the left hasn’t completely broken that they have laid their hands on.

If you people want to buy into that after all these decades of the left having ruined the education and universities while conditioning the minds to younger generations, then go right ahead. Just count me out because I know better. Yes. That’s right. I see what everyone else is scared to admit. I’m scared no longer. The left have sold their souls to satan and that thing satan is now their father.

Good rant. I hear you. I agree that it’s disturbing. But do you realize that it would take something seriously radical to stop it? If their were millions willing and able to come out strong against it then something might get done to stop the madness from growing. I tjj hi ink it would get into civil conflict if not out right gorilla warfare.

I used to have at least a small debate with a young liberal fellow on a daily basis before he left the job. I found that he was just as passionate about his stance as I was about mine. I also concluded that I liked him as a coworker, I just disagreed with his political perspectives. He expressed several times that he saw all Republicans as racist & hostile to young black men like himself. He even tried to lump me in with them because I talked about things like “personal responsibility” & inquired on how he was “oppressed personally.” I corrected him about that Black Republican label- letting him know that I may hold conservative views but I’m not a Republican. I didn’t vote for President Trump in either election.

The point I attempted to hammer home was that holding a certain perspective doesn’t automatically bind you to Red or Blue. The problem, in my humble opinion, is that folk worship these politicians. We should be loyal to the ideaology, not men & women. It seems to me that men are easily corrupted… By money, fame, & power. I wouldn’t vote for a party with ideas that I don’t even teach my own sons (which my former coworker did). But, PERCEPTION is a powerful thing… It has overshadowed REALITY. :loudspeaker:

I believe that my former coworker was a decent man. I think it was safer for him (certainly more profitable) & his social media persona to be liberal. A few more years around me & maybe (just maybe) I could have won him over to LIBERATED.

I’m not saying that you were referring to me when you correctly stated that people should not worship any individual. Exactly correct, however, when the ideology of party thinking interferes with ANY of a person’s God-Given and Constitutionally backed Rights and mock Christianity while professing complete hypocrisies over human life, that is where the line becomes personal.

I can no longer find any common bond, physical, mental or otherwise with people-think like that and I consider myself one of the few left that is not afraid to admit to finding a great distaste for people who have that mentality.

I don’t care what anyone states here about finding common cause with people like that. They are fooling themselves and in turn are still trying to fool everyone else, here and otherwise.

For those that insist on continuing this false charade, then so be it. Leave me out of it and stop trying to ‘convince’ me. I too come in contact with and exchange conversation with liberals as well as everyone else who plays this continued ‘peace maker’ game, and game is exactly what it is. I look around this country and the people I too engage with and see exactly where it is and where it’s heading and I’m taking a stand against it even if I am one in 7-9 billion. I’m not budging because this country is quickly piling to shit and I refuse to do nothing while knowing my future generations of grandchildren will continue on in this mess. Count me out and as the one in 7-9 billion that has entrenched himself and finally taken a stand against evil in this world.

Others will call me un-Christian and having a dark heart, but it is the left that have sold their souls to satan and I simply sold my cloak to buy a sword as Christ commanded.

The rest can live in this stink and continue in its denial. Not me. I take that stand here and now
