My local and wonderful gun store I go to is having a drawing for prizes and the grand prize is a Glock 19. I told the wife I am in the drawing for a Glock 19 so I was thinking whether or not I actually win the gun I could just get the gun and win, win!
I think she is actually onto me though. She laughed and gave me the idea of getting it whether I won or not, so it is her fault she planted the thought in the first place. She would figure it out though, I am sure. Well, hopefully I will win the Glock 19 and be able to stay honest.
Let’s say she gets lucky and wins, but doesn’t care to own a firearm, hey, you’re already in luck, cause your local gun store is an FFL, and she can transfer the glock over to you! Win, Win for you!
I told my wife I need another gun. She says “You have two hands, you have two guns, what are you going to do with a third gun?” I am still thinking of getting a third hand.
Other have. I have not. I wonder if I actually need to log in, or if it counts if i visit my already-logged-in-page everyday.
I like my Glock 19. I wish it had an optic, but cannot afford one.
I have not won either and wonder the same thing about the “already logged in”. I’ve gotten into the habit of logging out and back in every day just in case it matters.
My wife said, “You already have three .45s! Why do you need another one for?”
The new one would be my EDC with more than 7 rounds. 14 if I get the Glock 21.
I won.
I got the notification on July 1st, the day before my birthday (nice present.) I was suspiciously cautious because the link in the email was to a W9 form that asked for some information I’m usually reluctant to give out. Apparently they report the prize to the IRS. A few days later the check came in the mail.
