Fun Guns

I would own a Charger if they’d just make it accept 92FS mags…

What is wrong with exposing the serial number?

Board admins have requested that your own individually identifiable serial numbers not be shown. While remote, unscrupulous people or orgs can glean the numbers and create logs & registries. BOTTOM LINE WHY MAKE IT EASY FOR THESE CLOWNS.

What’s wrong with the “naked mag”?

Personal preference, I don’t like how they look.
They belong in pistols where they disappear inside the grips.
Beauty is in the eye of the beholder, some say.

I still dont’ get this. A pic posted in no way means it is mine, just a pic of a model which could have come from anywere.

My choice to remove MY posted pictures for my own reasons. I prefer not to share specific identifiable info. My reasons are not up for debate within the community. You all can all post pics the way you see fit.

:+1:, was wondering if there was some functional thing I missed. The only reason I like it is interchangeable mags between pistols. I agree with you though on the aesthetics.

@Scoutbob

Interchangeable mags are definitely a plus which continues to make me wonder what’s taking Glock so long to compete in that market.

I do the same as you, William. I just always think it is curious when folks post about it. I can search for any firearm ever made with a s/n and grab a pic and post it here as my model. honestly…it sounds more fun as there will be no connections. lol

I recently ordered extra mags for my GSG 1911-22.
I once considered the Chiappa M1-22 to complement it but got cold feet when I found one at a gun show.

While browsing the americantactical website, the GSG-16 caught my eye.
Earlier today, I found them in stock at my favorite LGS, in black, tan, and green. Tan looks the coolest. I ended up buying one.
Since it’s rimfire, it’s not subject to the hideous pistol grip fin required of the falsely called “assault rifles” in centerfire calibers.
So, my 1911 now has a German buddy.
My next range trip promises to be lots of fun.
