Its a small win but in this less than friendly gun state, its a win ill take.
New law passed, believe last year, where you need to get purchase permit from the sheriff if you dont have a carry permit.
Then to buy a gun after getting the permit had to go through another back ground check with the 4473 form.
Not no more. I never understood the redundancy of multiple checks.
Like i said, not a huge major win but its a start
