For those of you who don’t know, this is at least the third time a court has struck down CA’s ban on normal capacity magazines. Every time the story is the same. “Yeah, we know you say it’s unconstitutional, but we really don’t care what you think and are going to do it anyway.”

This is the problem. There is no consequence for elected officials breaking the supreme law of the land. The president does it daily and gets away with it, why shouldn’t they all?

A problem with the headline here…it wasn’t just a ban on extended mags. For most pistols with double-stack mags, the standard capacity is more than 10, if I am not mistaken.
