Not sure, but it would have a bolt and be chambered in something between/including .300 winmag and .338 Lapua with a US made ffp scope on it.
The rest of the money would go for a property to properly use this on.

I’m not a gun freak so single tool will satisfy me.
And it would be Atlas NYX v2.
Remaining amount will go towards big ranch and private range.
