This is an interesting concept for those of us that need corrective lenses, but have not invested in prescription shooting eyewear nor shooting eyewear that fits over prescription glasses. Contact lenses are also an alternative, but some just don’t like them
Anyway, these stick on the front of your existing shooting eyewear. It works on the aperture depth of field concept. Photographers know the smaller they set the aperture on their camera, the greater the depth of field. It increases depth of field so you can see the sights and target more clearly, similar to the “peep-sight” for rifles, but implemented on your eyewear for handgun shooting.
Anyway, possibly another $29.99 tool some of you might want to give a go.
Wait; I’ve got it! Buy some clip-on, flip-up sunglasses and apply the peep sight to them. Then no matter where you are you’re ready to “peep” in a split second. You also get to walk around looking like Dale Gribble. Win-win.
That reminds me of the time I kept falling a lot and the doctor said I had to wear a helmet. I didn’t want people to think I was weird so I carried a skateboard.
It is basically a variation of these . Pinhole spectacles have also been shown to improve the VA of people who have cataracts. If you look through a red dot scope and see multiple dots. This might help you to see just one.
