Hmmm… A US Senator, ranking member of the Senate Budget Committee, which controls the EPA’s funding, can’t actually do anything to prevent the EPA from buying this hardware? The Senate has often been described as a debating society that complains and debates things, but, in the end does nothing. This looks like another example of that.
