Here’s a story I’ll be following. This happened in a Utah nightclub. In Utah you can CC in a bar as long as you’re not impaired. Impaired is the same as for DUI.

Interesting case to follow there was something behind him leaving earlier and returning. I believe those 2 involved may have had a verbal exchange and maybe he left to get the gun and returned with it. Of course there was possibly alcohol involved which may come into play. I will follow the story as it unfolds. More details to follow.
