I am new to the USCCA and am excited to be part of this community.
I opted for Elite coverage through the USCCA and am needing more information regarding the services offered; specifically the Elite Concierge Line. I can’t find any information about the concierge line other than it is a priority non-emergency phone service. Any information or direction would be greatly appreciated.
The Elite concierge line will allow you to move to the front of the queue when we are backed up on calls so you will not wait as long. The only calls that take precedence are calls from individuals that have been in a self defense incident.
