Not that I am aware of. I just did a quick search and did not find that, but I did find these two stories, the first from August 2023, the second from February 2024:

They received a lot of heat a couple years back for not protecting searchers privacy nearly as much as they claimed they did. Not sure if they claim to have rectified that issue or not. I stopped using them back when their deception became apparent.
