Not to o-fend but I didn’t like the liberal mindset back then. TBH, it took a while for me to figure out what I stood up for and believe. I guess you could call me a slow thinker, since I didn’t settle in real good on my own until the 90s-2k.

One thought I entertained when considering a political career was how many of my CORE values I might have to ignore and finally abandon to make my constructive ideas a functioning reality. When JFK was read the “riot act” after he was a new senator, he was advised to join the “good-old-boy” network - “The best way to GET along was to GO along”.
