I’ve gotten the printed copy for many years now.
In addition, I save a digital copy off the dashboard to read on my computer. Starting with the October, 2025 issue I can no longer save from the dashboard. WTF?
I’ve tried Edge and Chrome to see if it was a browser issue. Also, I can still save older copies.
At times things disappear here and reappear later, like someone is working on the program without telling us.
Give it a week and try again. 
It looks like they changed to the “Joomag Viewer” which is exactly what it sounds like, a viewer only.

I don’t understand your problem. I just saved the Oct-25 issue from the page just fine. I just clicked the link below the magazine image, and the PDF downloaded. See photo attached.

So, I guess I have to “View Past Issues” to get to “Get the Latest Issue” in PDF now. I’ll try to remember that a month from now

Yeah, apparently you are correct.
I sent a support ticket asking about it. And was told that the option to save the magazine as a PDF has been removed and no longer exists.
I guess this is just one more nail in ‘not going to renew my membership again’ coffin.
Yeah, I was assured the IT team is still reviewing my support ticket as of yesterday. They have told me twice the option “might” have been turned off accidentally and maybe my ticket “might” get it turned back on …
Well let me know if you hear anything,. They pretty much just blew me off with a ‘we don’t do that anymore’ reply and closed my ticket.
Thanks for the update! I had also been in contact with them about the issue, and they suddenly disappeared. I actually told them I wasn’t renewing this year because of it. But I hadn’t noticed this new button until you pointed it out.
