In addition, I save a digital copy off the dashboard to read on my computer. Starting with the October, 2025 issue I can no longer save from the dashboard. WTF?
I’ve tried Edge and Chrome to see if it was a browser issue. Also, I can still save older copies.
I don’t understand your problem. I just saved the Oct-25 issue from the page just fine. I just clicked the link below the magazine image, and the PDF downloaded. See photo attached.
Yeah, I was assured the IT team is still reviewing my support ticket as of yesterday. They have told me twice the option “might” have been turned off accidentally and maybe my ticket “might” get it turned back on …
Thanks for the update! I had also been in contact with them about the issue, and they suddenly disappeared. I actually told them I wasn’t renewing this year because of it. But I hadn’t noticed this new button until you pointed it out.
