Tell the medical board … It is how organ transplants work … People die they harvest their organs … If you are going to execute a person why waist the organs … Look at all the money that was spend on him …

You were mentioning using prisoners, not the dead. Aside from that, most criminals probably do not have viable organs due to disease, drug use, etc., and to force them to donate is patently wrong, even after death.

Yes not just prisoners but ones on death row … You are going to kill them why waste organs … Look when they hit death row. Make a contract, If it eases your conscience… You are still going to kill them… If you want to donate your organs, after we kill you, sign here … If you sign here you will receive the best food and medical care… If not, bologna sandwiches and ramen soup … No one seems to mind if they get special treatment. If they do drug trials …
You would be surprised what they can harvest from a body … If it is to far gone it gets sent to medical school to dissected … Who knows since you guys like ancient movies turn it into Soylent Green .

I’d rather see the return of chain gangs. Make the perps pay for their keep and repay society for their crimes by rebuilding our crumbling infrastructure. No more lazing around watching TV in climate controlled comfort.

That would be good for Gen Pop … They used to do it until the Warden started taking kickbacks for labor … Also under cutting bid jobs putting good people out of work … Well let’s not leave out everyone’s favorite group … That it is inhumane treatment … Can you imagine making someone work. So is it morally right to kill someone … Mainly I am addressing waste… You are going to kill them. A jury has already seen to that . The people in most cases have already payed for him. You have decided. He needs to pay for his actions… What better way to repay, some of his debt to society as a hole. Not to just a small group of people that he directly affected… In murdering him… Everyone has paid for this guy to be brought to justice (cops, lawyers, judges )…
As for legal issues … Anyone that has been in business knows… There is never a way to escape them … Legal, is the last thing that should ever deter you from things … You just need to look at Wall Street for guidance on this…
People with means… Have access to all kinds of things. You have never thought of … Why do you think a version of this doesn’t occur right now… After all you checked the box … You have medical records …
If the government is an example …People of means can get the information… AAAwww Sorry looks like you are going to have an accident …
Before you get nervous and uncheck the box … It is still cheaper and easier to buy organs in other countries off the black market…
Oh wow what a statement. FYI under our current method of “humane” execution the chemicals used makes any harvested organs impossible to use for transplants. This idea has been brought up before and shot down for this reason. To my knowledge the only method of execution that will make harvesting organs possible would be by hanging.
If you will do a search you will find an article I posted about a person in a coma doctor said no to organ harvesting. Then the organ company that was to receive and sell the organs brought in their own doctors and said yes. They stop cutting on the guy because he was writhing on the table in pain and meaning. It seems to me you aren’t far from those people.

Sadly there is no evidence, that it is actually humane to use those chemicals… Lot of controversy over there ethical use…
What I am addressing here is not the way it is done … Or if it is right to kill someone … I have addressed my thoughts on that … I do not agree with it …
What i am addressing is that society has already sentence him to death … Why not make that murder make a difference…

, chemicals, makes every organ in the body unusable for transplantation. I’m not going to argue that prisoners sentenced to be executed should be executed sooner because I think they should be. But you’re getting dangerously close to well they’re sentenced to execution let’s just do for the organ harvesting. That isn’t the purpose of the execution. Justice is the purpose not organ harvesting.

I am not sure if you have been cut open before … But I do not remember anything after they put me under. They have done it a few times sadly… Doctors have people die on the table …No need to use chemicals. Trust me when they remove the heart without a heart pump. He will wake up dead .

Justice in this case is for who… A couple people that were affected by the crime … That seems to be government sanctioned revenge …
Justice … Just behavior or treatment… The quality of being just, impartial, or fair … So is this a fair and equitable resolution to everyone … Remember you pay for the cops, lawyers, judges …What does this person have left to offer Society…
My biggest point with this is You are Going to Kill him/her … This has already been decided… You might as well think of him as dead… He has an incurable disease at this point where do you go from here …
As repugnant as capital punishment may be, sometimes you gotta thin the herd. But you have to be sure.

Don’t like hospitals , Don’t like Doctors. I was ‘Operated’ on (13) times (My lower legs)
On one occasion I heard the ‘Doktore’ said ‘He’s ‘sufficiently’ out we have to take his legs now’.
THAT Doktore was OVER RULED THANK GOD by the Chief Surgeon in Germany, He was tired of the
‘Meatball Surgery’ on Troopers who the Doctors simple amputated so they could get back to the Golf Courses.
On another a different Surgery the Doktore said ‘He’s a mess, he prolly won’t survive this anyway are we ready to go?’ This is NOT fiction. I was not 'sufficiently out on (2) occasions out of (13)
NOT A GREAT TRACK RECORD for the Anesthesiologists!
The next time I go to a Hospital or see a ‘Doctor’ is when they put my husk in a Box
