We need a way that is cheap, quick, and soon after convictions. There’s no point in delaying removal of evil from society.

Lethal injection is expensive, and not proven to be painless, also not 100% effective.
The guillotine is quick and 100% effective,… but messy
Hanging isn’t a guarantee of quick death, but it’s cheap and effective whether it’s internal decapitation at the stop, or suffocation while dangling…. And aside from picking up the boots,… not much mess to clean up.
As the old pace salsa add said,….

Gee I just brought that up. Not only yesterday but in the past as well. It probably got flagged! 
Based on what we’ve seen and experienced during the last week, including the disgusting display of Demoncrats behavior.
The best way to attack their sensibilities is to take the previous perpetrators and any in the future and we should seriously consider public executions!
Consider it a community event!

Length of hair. Obviously a sane man would not have hair that long. It might interfere with the balance and swing of the arm descending into the victim’s body. How could you not notice that? The fact that he had his hand on the seat rail shows you that he clearly did not know what he was doing. He is completely innocent.

I also want to see the penalties for an attempted crime punished as if it were completed. If someone stabs, shoots, hits with a deadly object and kill, cripple, or miss, the punishment should be based on intent, not outcome. Someone will question intent. If they use a deadly weapon and kill you, wound you, or for that matter miss, the punishment should not reward the perpetrators for failure. The act is the intent. Criminally insane, sorry. sane, insane or whatever, the world is better off without them. Ever wonder why other countries have less people in prison than we do? No mystery, they don’t tolerate or make excuses for the criminal, they punish them. When people see they aren’t messing around they take heed. Public executions or punishment for lesser crimes will make the message clear to anyone with half a brain that they mean business.
