I sat on a jury where a Gang Member shot an OG. After the trial, in the jury room, I asked the judge why there were no Gang Enhancement’s or any mention of gangs at all during the trial. His response was rather interesting “I suspect the prosecution didn’t add gang enhancement because it was members of the same gang involved not one gang shooting at another…”
