Greetings, was curious about how fast my Kel-tec P32 bullet speed was roughly going, my ammo, plain fmj target round said 900fps and a formula I found online said it was traveling at 613mph roughly. Interesting. Peace

Best thing to do is get, or find someone with, a Chronograph and go shooting. Take an average muzzle velocity from however many rounds you want, and use that as a base line muzzle velocity for that weapon with that round. Using a different round in the same weapon will give you a slightly different muzzle velocity as will using the same round in a different weapon. Kinda like patterning a shotgun.
