All responses must be provided within the 14 day period, lets see, again violating their own law on the rulemaking process, comments must be provided within 90 days according to the law,The ATF is not going to consider responses from the public or bushiness, because they will not be received in time, so of course this is how they are going to say, this is our ruling because we did not receive comments before the end of the 14 day period, and this is how it’s going to be, we don’t care what the people say, The tyrannical ATF is just like any other law enforcement agency, federal or local, they make up their own laws, because they don’t know what the law is.
