It is the same old dance, the ATF flexes and if nobody really makes noise they rewrite a opinion which then magically and unconstitutionally becomes law. The law is unconstitutional but after time they can site case law to get their conviction. Exactly how the NFA works. On its face the NFA is unconstitutional but they will convict you of owning or processing a machine gun based on case law which somehow holds water against the constitution. I am very concerned with the fact that no one has really made the case that the NFA is unconstitutional and they base the pistol brace rules off that unconstitutional law. If we let them take all our guns they will.
