I’ve met three individuals socially that work for ATF. All three answered the what do you do for a living question with “I work for the government.” Like their job is so classified no one can know what they do. After I found out the 1st one worked for ATF I responded to the other two with “Oh, you’re ATF”
Anyway, all three had the opinion no one should be allowed to carry except them, military, and police - and even military and police were questionable. 
Perhaps I am being overly optimistic, but to me this sounds more like a poorly worded statement than a statement against legal concealed carry.
I hope that’s the case brother, but I have a bad feeling the wording reflected the old, entrenched thinking within the organization.

ATF puts everyone at risk, including your dog 
Do they have to pay someone to manage their tweets? ATF should just stay away from social media.
They can’t Bruh!, It’s a way to keep the Sheeple glued to the Narrative! Social media keeps the brainwashing lessons FRESH!
Besides it’s the way to sound off they are ‘Doing Something’
And I’m sure they would also say that there would be no crime if citizens didn’t own firearms 
So, as long as the ATF is not “involved”;no one is at risk?
UN-involve the ATF, as in abolish the agency.

Of course a government agency doesn’t want an armed population. Being armed might finally make us realize how useless so.much of government is.
