As Paul Harvey used to say....Now the rest of the story

Why, they’re liberals of course.

What?

Please tell me that you don’t think that everyone on here should reply to everything. Forums are already one of the worst possible ways to have a conversation/dialogue. We certainly don’t need more useless posts.

If you want to post something, post it. If you want to control how others act/type…you’re in for a world of hurt in this life.

Which, is why we voted them out.

Enough of their B.S.

Understood about the forum I just figured after half a dozen or so of REPLYING to a post eventually someone would say something but I was wrong I can easily accept that because I’m wrong all of the time. But a “ this life” coach I don’t need, I’ve only been on this earth 64 years but I admit I’m kinda new to forums because they are usually full of know it all smart azzes that usually have a little gang of people who think they are the leaders or something and if you say something that one of them don’t like they insult you or you cuss them till your out but I’ve found this one isn’t like that. The only other forum I’m on is “ my tractor forum”. , so I got it and sorry this is so long.

Does anyone know if these lib-Dem Governors that get on TV news and make threats about deportation can actually stop it in their state? I mean if the President and Senate and then the house says do it then I guess it’s then federal law right? I didn’t know that Governors can block that. One of them really thinks he’s the stuff I guess it’s the Governor of Maine and he starts in on how big a warrior he is and says “ they will have to go through me”! Well fine if he won’t abide by federal laws clap him in irons and haul him to his cell. And that Texas AG OMG I can’t even say what I want to call her on here. Anyone know anything?

I think that any interference would be the crime of Obstruction of Governmental Administration, but they have been defying federal law with their sanctuary B.S. right along.

But, there is a New Sheriff in town.

I think that they need to be brought up short from the get go to stop this nonsense.

Part of the joy, at least for me, of this forum is that folks can rib each other a bit. It is rarely personal aside from just a few bad seeds that most folks have blocked.

Not life coaching, just pointing out the obvious…that forums are the smallest step above things like Fbook. Still, we manage to have a good time.

They won’t stop it. They don’t do it because they’re holy, they do it for votes, money, recognition, and the ability to virtue signal. None of these people’s houses are full of migrants. Once any benefits are gone, they’ll likely drive them truck back to the border themselves.

Yea I’m gonna have to get it together cause usually they are different, I got on a gun forum or “ Talk” ( I’ll say that much “) a long time ago and said something that wasn’t absolutely correct about the smallest thing about a set.# or something and you’d of thought I had never shot a gun and I’ve probably been shooting more than most of the ones that were raggin me. So I just cussed them all to where a fly wouldn’t land on them and said see yaaaa! Lol . But this one’s much better

They are not able to stop the Federal agencies.

I’ll try to make this as brief and to the point as possible.

In 2022, Texas (along with Louisiana) went to court with the Federal Gov’t, ultimately it went to the Supreme Court and was decided in 2023. The case was the states arguing the extent to which the Fed could enact and enforce immigration laws. At the time, it was the states (TX & LA) taking the side that they (the states) had the authority to disregard the directives coming from the Feds (White House, DOJ, etc.). The states wanted to enforce immigration laws beyond what the President’s (Biden) administration was willing to enforce. They (the states) wanted to close their border.

SCOTUS ruled that the states did not have this power/authority. Their decision was, at the time, considered a “win” for the Biden administration and their supporters.

However, this ruling means that SCOTUS has already decided that it is the Fed Gov’t that rules the house with regard to immigration and, more importantly, how it is enforced. In other words, the decision that the Biden administration and supporters considered a “win” is now what will prevent the states who intend to fight Trump’s efforts from being successful. With or without their help, President Trump (and administration) will be able to enact and enforce immigration laws, including but not limited to deportation, in the way that they feel is best.

Good that’s what I wanted to hear because Bitem ran everything so other presidents can to. And that Governor of Maine the self-entitled “ happy warrior “ ( yea right ) can STFU and when all cases get thrown out reguarding the President-elect I can’t wait to see her get so mad blood squirts from her eye sockets.
