While I do like the firearm, the thing that finally set the wheels in motion was Springfield Armory’s “Gear Up” promotion for their Hellcat (3 mags, range bag, green dot sight). 3 month wait and still no from Customer Service response despite their rebate timeline.
Never again being suckered into a manufacturer promotion like that. Never again will I buy a Springfield. Word of warning to all.

Another warning to all, Springfield makes very good quality firearms, I warn you that buying one may be a great decision, SF in fact is my first choice when looking at firearms, then Ruger, and last place the toy gun maker known as “Glock”, LOL.
If you have a date of purchase, and you sent in the rebate promo, you have standing and will eventually get the promo, hell, I am still waiting on my piston for my suppressor, been 4 months, I expect things to be late when the government has everyone in fear, thus, everyone is buying everything up in hoards these days.
Gun sales increase when the government moves on banning them and ammo. They (G-Men) are in fact the best salesmen of firearms arms. No doubt.
A green three dot site was not part of the promotional offer. The bag with the three magazines was.
I signed up for the bag and the magazines.as per the offer.
It showed up in a very timely manner. No complaints.
The gear up promo was extended to Dec. 31…I bought a hellcat Dec.30 and received all gear up items at time of purchase
Well it all has to come from Croatia, some godless place sounds like . But anyhow I never mess with all the stuff like that because I personally think that ain’t no one gonna give me jack IMHO , don’t believe in the gun give always either but know what if you paid for something it will be awhile but I bet you will get it, it’ll pop up at ur house this summer I’d bet.
