This isn’t new - does anyone use an AIR COMPRESSOR to skin game? QUINCY COMPRESSOR’S website has how-to instructions, AIR SKINNER offers guns with hollow needles just for this, and there are how-to videos on it. In one video, you can see how a deer’s skin pops off the carcass like a balloon filling up. Indians performed this by blowing into a carcass with bird quills. I thought this would work great with the compact, cordless designs you could take on a hunt.

Never used a compressed air to skin a critter, have used bicycle compressor to float a critter for easier dragging out of water but never skinning

Sounds nice, but I have always dressed my animal in the field to make hauling it out easier. Maybe as I get older and need to use an ATV to get in and out instead of my legs.

I use a 2 5 hs. Honda rope winch, 200yds. Of rope and a “Deadman”. Also 2 game sleds. I try to stay within a quarter mile of my truck. A game hanger on the back of my truck. I use the rope winch to keep the skin tight as I help cutting it loose where necessary. Of course I have to remember to make the initial cuts for skinning that way. Yep! It takes longer but it’s alot easier.
