Another Gun Buy Back - SLC Police trying to look proactive

Pure B.S., Chief Brown trying to look like he’s tough on crime. He’s a fraud, a puppet of the Left Wing mayor.

Seems like a pretty bad deal to me. But maybe a desperate junky will see this offer and try to steal someone’s firearm for a quick $50 or $100 to put towards their next fix???

Sac PD does the same thing and they’re brutally mocked in social media by people who “back the blue.” :blue_heart:

More inventory for the personal collections of officers.

I wonder how much I could get for some Lego guns… could fund a firearm purchase

Fair point, but we wouldn’t want to risk the government “accidentally” giving them to Australians…

I would wager that some of these bought back guns will end up on the street, in the hands of evil.

30 guns including “three of which were considered assault-style”. I’ll bet they had 30 cops standing around there for just such a momentous occasion.

That would be one free firearm for each of the officers in attendance. I wonder how they’ll decide who the lucky 3 are to get the “assault style” rifles?
