A little context along with the link might help. Pretty sure many of us are tired of YouTube click bait.
Personally, I subscribe to a bunch of states Reddit gun forums to keep up to date on current laws. Seems the dem states ignore the fed anyways.

Guaranteed to be a major move that will go nowhere except into the court system. No idea what the move is, just basing my hypothesis on past history.
Wake me up when the atf gets broken up., or the New York and Californias of the country get some semblance of recognition of what 2a rights mean.
