@Alexander8, so true. I work with a Cuban immigrant. He never misses an opportunity to share his horror story with clueless Americans who have no idea what awaits. He is absolutely incredulous and has told me he loses sleep at night watching our country stumble down the path of totalitarianism.

Does anybody know what happens when they declare something a public health issue (e.g. guns, racism, etc.)? I’m just curious what Biden thinks he’s going to accomplish. Not sure what it does for racism but surely it doens’t side-step the 2A.

Locks keep honest people honest, and recounts/audits keep honest elections honest. Nothing to fear if it really was honest, and if there is no agreement there is a non-violent process for that as well.
But, what we really need is a common enemy. How about some proof (or even an arrogant admission) that covid was engineered and released on purpose as part of a global communist plot.
The few communist here could be swept up relatively easily and we can have a working demonstration of how good StarLink is at targeting enemy hypersonics with energy weapons and then guiding our own.

that said, you are laying the foundation for a very negative outcome for the future of America… and I want you to know what you are doing, and, once armed with that information, be direct about your intentions and actions…Your actions are pushing this country towards civil war… meanwhile, our enemies are watching with giant shit-eating grins on their faces as we destroy everything we built…and everything they have come to fear and respect.

Ahhhhhh, the funny thing about gaslighting is how easy it is to see it once you know what you are looking for.
Kinda like when one side loots and riots and then blames the other for the violence.
I do agree however that the only ones who will benefit if this thing erupts are the enemies of free society.
But like I (and others) have already said, there is already a non-violent solution prescribed by law if both sides can not agree on the outcome of the election.
You wouldnt react to the constitutionally prescribed solution with violence and then blame others for your actions would you?

It’s not gaslighting to caution you to act like a responsible adult…especially on a forum that was meant for responsible-gun carrying adults…Our decisions and interactions have consequences…and those consequences add up man. Look at the war like behavior much of the right is beginning to display… driving to polling places with guns to represent force…making plans to kidnap and kill the governor of Michigan… etc … We need to cool all this escalation out if we want to maintain our global strength…Im glad we agree on that point.
Also, Joe Biden himself said that looters and rioters should be prosecuted… so have I… again you chose not to pay attention because it didn’t fit your narrative of being a victim. You need to be a victim right now because you aren’t ready to process the reality of your situation…which is that you lost an election. It also didn’t fit your narrative that we are different kinds of people… we really are not that different.
No, I wouldn’t react with violence to a constitutionally prescribed solution…but your side will when it doesn’t advance that far… especially when fueled by your irresponsible and unsupported claims…
If people would be reasonable, we could avoid what we are building momentum towards… You were worried about the stock market and your 401k… take a look if we start fighting each other… you are worried about China? take a look if we start fighting each other. You worried about Russia? Take a look when we start fighting each other… Also, take a look at what our allies do when we weaken ourselves…they are going to be lining up to take our spot. And you get a portion of the responsibility for that when it’s all said and done.

All good points, all the more reason for complete transparency and for all sides to be represented at the ballot counting table(s).
Dead voters, double/triple voters, non-citizen voters, ‘defective’ algorithms, and other illegal votes identified and delt with accordingly.
I personally will not be guilted, or name called, into accepting less than full transparency.
If anyone objects to that then…
They should be big enough to own their own choices.
What is it about a full and transparent recount/audit, or even a state for state vote in the house, that makes you think the result would be civil war?

People didn’t batten down the hatches across Beverly Hills because they thought Biden would win, if they knew how tho suck it up 4 years ago, we wouldn’t be here . If it becomes fair, there will be an unfit person in the White House. This, exactly. We are not the ones who are being violent and destructive. WE are the ones marching to civil war? I think not. The left is doing a great job on that score.
Ask yourself this question: If Trump had won, would there have been rioting, looting, burning, assaults of police and citizens? Of course there would have been.
Are conservatives rioting and looting? No, of course not. So trying to blame the conservatives for any looming civil war is laughable and logically without merit.
What will push the conservative right over the edge is the 2A. The Biden gun plan is quite clear.
We will not be disarmed. We know that must not happen. We must not let it happen.

I agree with complete transparency… This election was more transparent than last election. Last election we were manipulated by outside influences that used our social media to serve their purpose. This election, we were aware of it and significantly reduced that practice.
Im pro looking into everything. I don’t want you to feel like you got cheated Greg. But, I also don’t know that there is anything we could do to remedy your perception of that because you are echoing a man that is being unreasonable…and you take his words as facts. I don’t know how to help with that.

Actually I didnt engage 4 years ago. But hindsight being 20/20, that argument is all but moot in as much as 4 years of investigation and persecution have yielded zip, nadda, zilch actionable findings.
Now Bush v. Gore… I waited patiently for the courts to do their job (without threatening to change them if I didnt like the outcome)
Let the process take place, create transparency, and if the facts are irrefutably on the table then there is not much to fight about.

Bush vs Gore was literally decided by a very small amount of votes and included some weird ballots… “hanging chad”…I think we can all agree that was not the best ballot. That said, a recount happened and Bush won…done.
You are wrong about your claim that there was no outside influence on the 2016 election. Proof is available to you and has been…but you don’t want it…so Im not going to waste your time with it… I will say this though…the proof of that occurrence significantly outweighs any proof that this election has been tampered with. If you want to take the convo to email and dig into that topic, I’d welcome that. Not going to get in a tussle with you here that will likely eat up 20-30 posts and several hours of each of our time…for something you have your mind closed off to.
