People here have become SO comfortable and complacent because about 99% don’t pay attention to what’s going on in the rest of the world. They are SO INSULATED from the harsh realities of what it takes to remain a free Country. They think they are safe in their tranquility bubbles that have been afforded to them by this great Country. If they don’t see what’s happening, if they bury their heads up their soft little asses they won’t be affected by it. We need to start slapping people upside the head with reality checks.

is the collective SHOCK on these folks when reality slaps them upside the head.
The Demoncratic house of cards is shaken, their failed policies are really
affecting everyone. If this continues there has to be a reckoning somewhere down the road.

To your Point, Kamala stands behind the podium and says, I’ll make your house payment less, I’ll make your pay check bigger, I’ll make your neighborhood safer… and what appears to be half of the people in America sit back, Bud Lite in one hand and potato chips in the other and say “Yep the Government will take care of me…”. It’s like they have no recollection of history, no understanding of human depravity. I’m starting to think they Really believe the crap these politicians, on both sides, are telling them.

A 'Spiritualist (?) and he believes the Asleep
will be in for that rude awakening when the bubble breaks
he believes there will be a bunch of folk’s who just can’t handle the truth
and may choose suicide over reality.
I hope he’s wrong but I feel he may have nailed it.
The example I lived through is a couple of ‘friends’ I had last year
We were friends for years, it was a card playing group, Dinner’s, cards, Holidays
then this Political crap reared it’s ugliness and my Sister and I bailed
These folk’s will take the implosion really hard. And kamala’s just the spark to do it.
I expected it to happen with Pudding but he is going to meet an entirely different fate now he’s
been put out to pasture.
Whatever happens soon I believe it is going to get really loud.

I have seen very little effectiveness with that approach… even with my own children, who seem to have been indoctrinated for their entire school and college lives with liberal dogma. Of course, I blame most of it on myself and my wife for being completely blindsided by it. Up until just a couple of short years ago, I too was oblivious to the politics that have festered in our Country and have affected every aspect of our lives. If the insulation could dominate me so profoundly than it can (And HAS) affected most of the population. The issue is that EVERYONE has to wake up FAST, because we are on the brink of losing our Country, and I just don’t see a mass awakening happening in time. People have to come out of their cocoons under the power of their OWN independent awareness.

Maybe…but what does this even mean? I find that my blue friends are grossly misinformed as they only listen to one or blue sources. Just getting them to listen to both sides, and more importantly, the truthful middle, goes much further. Almost every blue person I know thinks that Trump made the 2025 report thingy, despite him saying “no way” to that garbage. Those groups are hurting the chance of getting the very things that they think they want.

I think that with the media, they’re just trying to wear red folks out from all of the negatively, real or made up. Again…just vote when it is time. It is the only step that matters. If Harris gets in, we’ll know that we’re now a socialist country and will adapt. Not a lot of other choices.
